I fully agree with you - end year reviews are an absolute joke where seasoned racists retribute BIPOC. That whole process should be screened and monitored for patterns of bias and discrimination.
I write about racism, but there are so many other things I would like to write about instead. Help me dismantle racism so that I can get to that.
